My hubby turned 30 at the end of Jan and we celebrated with a long weekend to Miami. Plump tushies, big boobies, small bikinis, fast cars, and yummy food, what more could a guy ask for, right? I threw in Lebron (Heat vs. Knicks) and some cuddling too since it was a milestone birthday. Miami Beach is like an alternative universe, a vacation for everyone there 24/7. The place didn’t start “bopp’in” until 12:30am and Bentley’s are a dime a dozen. If you’re looking to stalk celebrities and have a good drink, hang out at the Bleau bar at the Fountainebleau hotel instead of standing in line for Liv, or have the host seat you outside by the door of Prime One Twelve.
To the food. Check out Miami Culinary Tours for a full stomach and fun way to learn about South Beach. Our tour guide was supper yummy too (according to Zach)! Pizza Rustica was perfect for a late night snack and breakfast in bead the next day. For something fancy and fun, definitely check out Prime One Twelve for steaks or for fresh seafood. Skip Joe’s Stone Crab the restaurant and check out it’s Take-Away instead. It’s fast, causal (I feel more comfortable cracking crabs and sucking out all the juices with a t-shirt instead of a skin-tight dress on), and has plenty of room for seats. Take a slight detour to Exquisito in Little Havana for a Cuban Sandwich or roast pork. If we had more time, we’d check out Michelle Bernstein’s Michy. Remember to grab some Gelato for a refreshing desert!
Miami, not only for oogling and drooling over perfect bodies, but a also a great fun food adventure!
