Hi! My name is Patti and I LOVE BAKING SWEETS and BREAD. I work in corporate finance during the day, but once the sun sets, I cover myself in flour and my hand cramps not from using the mouse, but from squeezing a pastry bag full of icing. My love for consuming and concocting carbi delights started when I was little cooking and baking beside my mom. In every step of life, I’ve always come back to baking; from waking up at the crack of dawn to help out at Hahn’s Bakery during my highschool years, to microwave brownie-in-a-cup experiments at college, and to making desserts for over 150 people on a hot July day. The quality of ingredients and where they come from is a high priority in my creations. I bake in small batches and only with high-quality real ingredients. One day soon I hope to surround myself with bread, cakes, cookies, and other delicious carbohydrates in Carbivore’s own bakery.
